The Engine
The DTC Revenue Intelligence Engine
A custom-built engine of AI agents that monitors your DTC brand's key performance areas daily — advertising, contribution margin, cash, fulfillment, lifecycle — and turns the signal into operator-grade strategic review. Running in my own brand first.
I built the first version of this engine for one customer: me.
Running a brand means living inside a hundred dashboards and finding out the important things at month-end — the channel that quietly stopped converting, the SKU whose margin slipped below zero, the cash floor that arrived three weeks earlier than planned. The data was always there. Nobody was watching all of it, every day, with the whole P&L in mind.
So I built watchers. Custom AI agents that check the signals daily across advertising, email, fulfillment, inventory, and finance — and flag what changed, why it changed, and what it costs. Not another dashboard: a review that arrives written for decisions, with an operator (me) interpreting what the machines see.
It runs in my own brand every day. That’s the deal I make with clients — nothing gets recommended to you that isn’t already running in mine.
Now I build these engines for DTC brands — past the stage where the founder can hold every number in their head, not yet at the stage where a full analytics team makes sense. One engine, built around your numbers, your categories, and the decisions you actually have to make this quarter.
How It Works
Monitor
Custom AI agents check your key performance areas every day — ad efficiency, contribution margin, cash floor, inventory cover, fulfillment SLAs, lifecycle revenue — and flag what changed, why, and what it costs.

Review
The noise becomes a weekly strategic review written for decisions: what moved, why it moved, what it puts at risk, and the two or three levers actually worth pulling this week.

Advise
Agents do the watching. I do the interpreting — pricing, spend, and inventory calls with the full picture in front of you, not a dashboard you have to decode first.

The Cadence
The fit check
One call. We map your key performance areas and pressure-test where an engine pays for itself. If it isn't a fit, you keep the map.
